If you’ve already set up a membership plan but need to make changes, OPUL has you covered. Edit, add, and remove items in your plan with our easy-to-use editing tool.
- Changes made to membership plans become effective immediately. It is your responsibility to ensure that enrolled members receive proper advanced notice of any plan changes, as required by your membership agreement or by applicable law. By submitting plan changes in OPUL, you acknowledge that all of your members have been provided with such required notices.
- You can edit membership plan descriptions, discounts, and add or remove SKUs from plans.
- To change a plan name or the monthly price, you must be a Practice Administrator. If you are not able to create or archive membership plans, please consult your Practice Administrator.
Step 1: Navigate to the Loyalty tab from your top navigation menu to see a list of all your plans.
Step 2: To edit a plan, click on the three vertical dots icon(⋮)to the right. Click Edit.
Step 3: To add an item, find and select the item under the Retail or Services tab, then select a $-off or %-discount for each item
To remove an item, deselect the item under the Retail or Services tab, then click Remove on the confirmation screen.
To edit a discount for an existing item, update the $-off or %-discount amount.
Tip:Search for a specific item byusing the search bar underneath the Retail and Services tabs. Search results will be based on whichever tab you are on. To clear your search, simply click the ‘X’ in the search bar.
To edit a membership plan description, find the description field by clicking Next from the product and service benefit page.
Step 4: Once you are satisfied with your changes, click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
Note: If you are unable to click Save Changes, review the list of items and make sure that each selected item has a discount entered.
Step 5: On the confirmation screen, click Update Plan to save your changes. These changes will take effect immediately for all current and new members enrolled in this plan. All updated discounts and membership plan descriptions will be reflected at checkout.
