OPUL® makes it easy for you to resume membership billing when a card on file has failed due to insufficient funds.
The Patient Dashboard will display an alert to notify you of the issue and will direct you to the Wallet.
A banner will also display in the Wallet that reads “Membership billing has been paused due to insufficient funds. Please update credit card or click the link to resume billing with current card. Use same card for next billing cycle.”
In the Wallet, click Use same card for next billing cycle to resume billing on the next scheduled payment date using the same card on file. If the client would like to update the card on file, please visit, How to resolve failed membership payments.
