If you’ve enabled both Instant Rewards and Memberships in your practice, you may be wondering how they work together at checkout.
With both Memberships and Instant Rewards, you set up your own custom rules for earning rewards and benefits when you create your plan.
However, there are 2 restrictions on how those perks can be applied at checkout.
Clients who are already enrolled in a Membership plan can qualify for a Reward as long as:
- The transaction does not include a SKU where member pricing is applied.
- Membership Credit is not used in the transaction.
