Editing SKUs with Catalog Concierge

Need to adjust a price or the tax rate of a SKU? Whether it's at the SKU level or an overall change for your entire Retail product or Service category, our Catalog Concierge makes it quick and simple.

Modify the Unit Price of Retail Product or Services

Step 1: Log in to OPUL.

Step 2: Click your Username in the top right corner, then select Practice Settings. This functionality is only accessible to Practice Administrators, so if Practice Settings isn't visible on your dropdown, consult your Practice Administrator.

Step 3: Click Catalog Management and select either the Retail product or Services tab depending on which SKU you want to edit.

Step 4: To edit the Retail Price or Wholesale Price for a Retail SKU or Unit Price for a Service SKU, click on the price of the SKU you'd like to update and edit the highlighted field. Click anywhere outside of the field and your changes will autosave. All saved changes will be updated and visible in your Practice Catalog and Checkout.

Step 5: To edit additional details such as Tax Rate for individual SKUs, click on a SKU name and a detailed side panel will appear. Make any necessary modifications and click Save Changes. It's that simple!

OPUL does not assist with determining the appropriate Tax Rates for your practice. Please ensure you verify and use the appropriate Tax Rates for your practice based on all applicable requirements.

Edit Global Tax Settings for Retail Products or Services

Step 1: Click Catalog Management and select Catalog Settings from the right corner.

Step 2:  From the Catalog Settings popup, select either Retail Settings or Service Settings and modify the Global Tax Rate as needed.
