How do I add pricing variations?

There are many reasons you may want to vary the prices of your products and services. Variable pricing may depend on the person performing the service, what part of the body is treated, or any sales or promotions you’re running.

OPUL makes it easy to vary pricing on retail and service SKUs using your Catalog Concierge, giving you more flexibility to meet the needs of your clients and your practice. Just follow these steps to add as many pricing variants as you need.

Step 1: Log in to OPUL.

Step 2: Click your Username in the top right corner, then select Practice Settings.

Please note: This functionality is only available for practice administrators. If you don’t see Practice Settings in your dropdown menu, please consult your practice administrator.

Step 3: Click Catalog Management. Select either the Retail or Services tab, depending on which SKU needs a pricing variant.

Step 4: Now, to add a pricing variant, click Create Variant on the appropriate Retail SKU or Service SKU. A duplicate SKU will appear underneath it, where you can enter a Variant Name, Service/Retail Price, and Wholesale Price (available only for Retail SKUs). When you’ve entered the necessary information, click Save.

Step 5: You can create as many variants for each SKU as you need. When the pricing is saved, you’re ready to sell.
