OPUL values your feedback, and we are always looking for ways to improve your experience. Submit feedback directly to our team either through the Chat & Feedback widget within OPUL, or on our feedback landing page.
Submit Feedback within OPUL
Step 1: Log in to OPUL.
Step 2: Click Chat & Feedback. Select Feedback.
Step 3: Add in your feedback. Be as detailed as possible, including any pain points or
workflow needs. Click Next.
Step 4: View the previously reported ideas to see if any match your feedback.
- If you find an idea that matches, select it and click Vote. If you’d like to receive email updates when the status of the idea changes, enter in your email address and click Submit. Otherwise, click No Thanks. Click No when asked if you still want to submit the idea.
- If you don’t see a match, click Skip and post idea. Enter in an Idea Title and select a Category and click Post idea.
Submit Feedback on OPUL Landing Page
Step 1: Go to opul.uservoice.com. If you are a returning user, sign in. If you are a new user, click Create new account and follow the instructions to create a user account.
Step 2: If you have an idea you would like to report, search for the idea to see if it already exists.
- If you find an idea that matches, select it and click Vote. Additionally, you can indicate how important the idea is by selecting Not at all, Importance, or Critical, and add additional comments.
- If you don’t see a match, select the category that most closely aligns with your idea. Enter in your feedback under How can we improve OPUL?, then click Post a new idea. Enter any additional comments and click Post Idea.
- You will see different categories; you have to choose one of them depending on
the feedback you wish to provide. For example, if you would like to share an
idea regarding reporting, you must click on Reporting & Insights.
