OPUL allows you to print or resend a receipt for any client. There are two ways you can do this.
Print or resend receipts from client profiles
Step 1: Log in to OPUL.
Step 2: Search for the client under Patients. Click on the client’s account to be taken to their profile.
Step 3: Under Patient Activity, find the transaction you are looking for.
Step 4: Click on the down arrow to display the transaction details.
Step 5: Click on View Receipt and then Email Receipt to email the receipt to the client or click Print Receipt to print the receipt from your local printer.
Print or resend receipts from Practice Activity
Step 1: Log in to OPUL.
Step 2: Click on Insights.
Step 3: Click on Practice Activity.
Step 4: Search for and click on the transaction you would like to print or resend.
Step 5: Click on View Receipt, Email Receipt, or Print Receipt.
