Batch and Deposit FAQ’s

What time do batches close each day?

6PM (PT)/9PM (ET). Any transactions that happen before this time will be part of that day's batch, anything that happens after that time will be in the next day's batch.

When will I be able to view batch information in Insights?

We send the details of the batch that need to be deposited to your bank the day before the deposit is scheduled to appear in your bank account. These details can be found in the Batch Summary and Batch Detail reporting around 3PM.

When do I receive deposits?

Deposit of batches to your bank account happens 2 business days later, excluding federal holidays and weekends. The time of day that deposits appear will vary from bank to bank.

When will I be able to view deposit information in Insights?

Deposit information will appear in Deposit Summary and Deposit Detail reporting around 5PM on the day of the deposit.
