How to manage a promotion

Whether you want to resume progress on a promotion you started, or archive an existing promotion, OPUL has made managing promotions easy. 

Note: This functionality is only accessible to Practice Administrators – if you are not able to create or archive promotions, please consult your Practice Administrator. 

Resume Progress on a Draft Promotion 

Step 1: Once you are ready to launch your promotion, select Create New Promotion from your Loyalty Dashboard. 

Step 2: Select the promotion you want to launch under Pick up where you left off and click View. If you’d like to create a new promotion, select Start a New Promotion. 

If there are promotions that you started but have not launched that need to be deleted, select the promotion you want to delete under Pick up where you left off and click Delete. 

Step 3: Once in the promotion, you will be taken to the last step you completed. Complete all setup steps before launching your promotion. 

Archive a Promotion 

Step 1: Select the promotion that you want to archive on your Loyalty Dashboard and click View. 

If the promotion that you want to archive is not visible on your Loyalty Dashboard, select View All Promotions to find the one you are looking for. 

Step 2: Select View promotion rules to open a side panel that will show the promotion details. 

Step 3: Scroll down on the side panel and select Archive. Select Archive again from the confirmations screen.
