Understand the success of your promotions with the OPUL® Loyalty Dashboard. Easily see how many clients have participated in a promotion and earned a reward, total sales that were eligible for promotions, total unredeemed rewards, and more.
Step 1: Log in to OPUL.
Step 2: Navigate to Loyalty and under Instant Rewards, select Go to Rewards.
Step 3: The Loyalty Dashboard includes metrics across all past and present promotions:
- Total Promotion Sales = Sum of all transactions qualifying for promotions excluding tax and tip
- Total Rewards Earned = Sum of the dollar value of all rewards that clients have earned
- Treatment Reward = the $ amount of the product or service based on pricing set in your catalog.
- Cash Reward = the reward $ amount
- Total Participants = Total clients have earned a reward in a promotion through eligible purchases
- Top Number: Total clients who have earned a reward
- Bottom Number: Total clients
- Total Participants Rewarded = Total clients have redeemed at least one reward
- Top Number: Total clients who have redeemed a reward
- Bottom Number: Total clients who have earned a reward
Select View All Analytics to view additional all-time metrics across all past and present promotions and view a chronological history of clients who have earned and redeemed rewards. To view this information for a singular promotion only, select View on the promotion you want to dive deeper into from the Loyalty Dashboard.
- Promotion Sales = Sum of all transactions qualifying for promotions excluding tax and tip
- Earned Rewards = Sum of the dollar value of all rewards that clients have earned
- Unredeemed Rewards = Sum of the dollar value of all unredeemed rewards, excluding expired rewards
- Promotion Participants = Total clients have earned a reward in a promotion through eligible purchases
- Top Number: Total clients who have earned a reward
- Bottom Number: Total clients
- Participants Rewarded = Total clients have redeemed at least one reward
- Top Number: Total clients who have redeemed a reward
- Bottom Number: Total clients who have earned a reward
- Total Promotions Created
Review individual promotion details and performance including:
- Eligible Transactions = # of total transactions eligible for a promotion divided by the total # of transactions
- Example: 200 total transactions in a month, with 50 eligible for a promotion; eligible transactions would be 50/200 = 25%
- Participants
- Promotion Sales
- Earned Rewards
- Unredeemed Rewards
- Promotional Period
- Status
View detailed information on the participants of all promotions (by clicking View All Analytics on the Loyalty Dashboard) or a single promotion (by clicking View on a single promotion), including:
- The Date in which a reward was earned, redeemed, or removed
- The participant’s First and Last name
- The participant’s Email Address
- Note: A participant’s email address can be copied by clicking on it so that it can be pasted into an email for marketing and communication efforts.
- The Expiration date of the reward
- The Transaction Type indicating if the reward was earned, redeemed, or removed
Filter by “View All Activity” or “Redeemable Rewards” and download .CSV files of participants with available rewards that can be imported into your email marketing tool to encourage them to come back in to redeem their rewards.
View Redeemable Rewards displays all rewards that have not yet expired and have not yet been redeemed. This report has the following filters:
- Expiring in 30 days
- Expiring in 60 days
- Expiring in 90 days
Select View All Promotions to review promotion performance for additional promotions that are not visible on the Loyalty Dashboard, and view a summary of your promotions including:
- Total Promotions
- Active Promotions
- Archived Promotions
- Loyalty Transactions = # of total transactions eligible for all promotions divided by the total # of all transactions
- Example: 200 total transactions in a month, with 50 eligible for a promotion; eligible transactions would be 50/200 = 25%
