OPUL allows practices to update merchant details such as bank information and adding a new business owner.
How to update bank information
Step 1: Complete the OPUL Bank Change (ABA/DDA) Request Form in entirety. Be sure to include a reason for the request.
Note: Please be specific as to the reason for your request. Forms submitted without sufficient details may require additional documentation and cause delays in updating your information.
Step 2: Have the business owner sign and date the form.
Step 3: Securely upload the form using the secure Dropbox account: http://opul.com/onboarding/upload
Step 4: Once the form is submitted, the new bank information should be updated within 3 business days.
How to add a new business owner
Step 1: Complete the OPUL Add Business Owner Form in entirety. Be sure to include a reason for the request.

Step 2: Have the existing business owner sign and date the form.
Step 3: Securely upload the form using the secure Dropbox account: http://opul.com/onboarding/upload
Step 4: Once the form is submitted, the new owner information should be updated within 3 business days.
Updates to business ownership, TIN/EIN, and legal business name
OPUL is unable to change the business owner, TIN/EIN, and legal business name of your OPUL account. If you need to make changes to any of these, please fill out a new OPUL application by going to https://app.opul.com/sign-up.
