How to manage your membership plans

Whether you want to resume progress on a membership plan you started, or archive an existing membership plan, OPUL has made managing your membership plans easy.

Note: This functionality is only accessible to Practice Administrators. If you are not able to create or archive membership plans, please consult your Practice Administrator.

Resume Progress on a Draft Membership Plan

Step 1: Navigate to Loyalty and select Aesthetic Memberships.

Step 2: Select the membership plan you want to continue editing by scrolling through Memberships. Any membership plan in Draft status can be selected to Continue Editing. If you’d like to create a new membership plan, select Create New.

Step 3: Once in the membership plan, you will be taken to the last step you completed. Complete all setup steps before launching your membership plan.

Archive a Membership Plan

Step 1: Select the membership plan that you want to archive by scrolling through Memberships.

Step 2: Select Archive. You will be asked to confirm that you want to archive the membership plan. Once you're ready, select Archive. The archived membership plan will remain in your list of memberships with an Archived status.

Note: Once a membership plan is archived, it can't be unarchived. Membership plans can’t be archived if there are members actively enrolled in the plan.
